Application Form for Ayush and Health Science University Pre PG Entrance Test 2012: The application form and booklet of admission rules can be obtained from 03rd May, 2012 to 10th May, 2012 between 11.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. during office hours and working day

On cash payment of Rs 1400/- (for SC/ST/OBC applicants) and Rs 1800/- (for all other applicants) at Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur

Date of Exam for Ayush and Health Science University Pre PG Entrance Test 2012: The written examination will be conducted on 24th May, 2012, Thursday at Pt JNM Medical College, Raipur

Alternative examination centre if required will be established. Applicants will be informed about any change in exam centre in due time through admit card. The university is responsible only for the conduct of the written examination. The result of the written test will be forwarded to the Directorate, Medical Education for further action

The last date of receipt of complete application form is 12th May, 2012 either in person or by post at Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh, G.E. Road, Raipur before 05.00 p.m.
