Exam Pattern:
Candidates who are applying for the Fashion Merchandising & Production (FMP) and the Fashion Retail & Merchandising (FRM) must take the General Proficiency Test (GPT).
This test determines the candidate’s knowledge in English (vocabulary, comprehension and expression), class X mathematics, logic etc.
Duration of this test is of an hour.
Those candidates seeking admission in courses like Fashion Design, Jewelry Design, Communication Design and Textile Design should attend both the Design Aptitude Test (DPT) and the General Proficiency Test (GPT). The Design Aptitude Test (DPT) checks the candidate’s skill in observation, designing, picture visualization, color etc.
