HAL Aircraft Division, Bangalore Complex is currently looking for candidates filling up of the following posts initially on contract basis (serving/retired Officer from Indian Navy in the level of Commander / Captain for posting at INS, Vizag & Wg. Cdr / Group Capt. from IAF for posting at Airforce Station, Bidar) for appointment as Chief.Manager (Gr-VI) / Senior Manager (Gr-V).

AGE LIMIT / RELAXATION / CONCESSION
Age limit and experience are considered as on 31.01.2012. Reservation /concessions for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and XSM categories would be made as per Government Directives.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates.
- Candidates belonging to the OBC Category are required to produce recently obtainedCommunity Certificate in proof of their Community (not older than 6 months as on31.01.2012, stating that they do not come under the creamy layer, from a Competent Authority, in the prescribed format and Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PWD Category are required to produce their Community / DisabilityCertificate in proof of their Community / Disability in the prescribed format.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to31.12.1989.
- Relaxation in age will be as per rules in respect of Ex-Servicemen.
APPLICATION FEE
The application fee is Rs. 400/-(which is non-refundable) is to be sent in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank (preferably State Bank of India) in favour of ‘Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division’, payable at Bangalore. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD category are exempted from payment of Application Fee. The Demand Draft should have been obtained between the period 25.01.2012 and 18.02.2012.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Eligible candidates short-listed based on the initial screening will be called for the Interview at Bangalore. The Date, Time and Venue of the Interview will be intimated to the shortlisted/eligible candidates by E-mail / HAL Website / By Post. Candidates short listed for Interview are required to bring the certificates / documents (Original and attested Photocopies) in proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Training, Caste etc at the time of Interview.
HOW TO APPLY
Eligible candidates may send their applications, duly filled, in the prescribed format as at Annexure-1 along with the Demand Draft, certificates / documents (attested Photocopies) in proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Training, Caste (SC/ST/OBC certificate in the prescribed format), Disability (As applicable), Ex-servicemen discharge book (As applicable), etc by ordinary post only so as to reach on or before 18.02.2012 to the address as mentioned below. The candidate is required to write his / her name and post applied for on the reverse side of Demand Draft, which should be forwarded, subscribing on the envelop, in bold, the post applied for, discipline and advertisement No.
