Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET)-2012 for admission to B.Sc Nursing course in various Govt and Private Colleges affiliated to BFUHS, Faridkot shall be held on 01st July, 2012
Application Procedure:
Application Procedure for Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET)-2012 for admission to B.Sc Nursing course in various Govt and Private Colleges affiliated to BFUHS, Faridkot is as follows:
- Prospectus containing OMR application form and other conditions shall be available at BFUHS, Faridkot and at the following branches of OBC on cash payment of Rs 1000/- from 18th May, 2012 onwards
- Last date for receipt of OMR application form for entrance test is 19th June, 2012
- Last date for depositing online fee for OMR application form is 11th June, 2012, no fee after this in any other form will be accepted in any case
- Fee once deposited will not be refunded/adjusted in any case
- The banks shall not supply prospectus by post
- However, candidates can get the same by post on sending a request to the University along with a demand draft of Rs 1050/- drawn in any scheduled bank in favour of Registrar, BFUHS payable at Faridkot
- Candidates are advised to ensure deposition of OMR application form by due date/time by hand at BFUHS campus, Faridkot and not take risk of delivery by post/mail
- BFUHS will not be liable for any loss due to postal delay
- OMR application forms received after 19th June, 2012 will not be entertained at all
- The University will remain open on all days except Sunday’s and gazetted holidays for sale of prospectus and receipt of OMR application forms of PPMET-2012
NRI quota seats:
- For NRI quota seats Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test (PPMET)-2012 for admission to B.Sc Nursing course in various Govt and Private Colleges affiliated to BFUHS, Faridkot Eligibility and admission application form/procedure is available at university website by 28th May, 2012.
- Online Application for BPT, BMLT, B.Sc:
- Online applications are invited for admission to BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy), BMLT B.Sc Medical Lab Technology), B.Sc (Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry) courses, upto 22nd June, 2012 and send print out of online application form upto 04th July, 2012 to the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot along with self attested copies of certificates and fee Rs 2800/- (Rs 1800/- for SC) (download bank challan form for depositing the fee)
- Prospectus are also available on cash payment of Rs 800/- from 24th May, 2012 onwards at BFUHS, Faridkot, GMC, Patiala, GMC, Amritsar and Physiotherapy Colleges at SINPMS Badal, All Saint Ludhiana, DAV Jalandhar, Adesh Muktsar and Bathinda, Gian Sagar Ram Nagar Banur
- Last date of receipt of application form available in prospectus is 04th July, 2012
- Counseling will be held on 10th July, 2012, 09.00 a.m. onwards at University Colleges of Physiotherapy, Faridkot
Fee once deposited will not be refunded/adjusted in any case
