Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility Criteria for admission in dual degree integrated B.Tech and M.Tech program in University of Ranjasthan Jaipur is as follows:

• Admissions will be made purely on the basis of merit in the entrance test CCTET-2012 in respective reservation categories
• To be eligible for entrance test and admission to the first semester of the five year (ten Semesters) Integrated Dual Degree Master’s Programme in the four streams of Converging Technologies, the candidate should have passed the XII (10+2) with science subjects (both Mathematics and Biology group students are eligible)
• Students who are appearing for XII examination in 2012 are also eligible to appear in CCTET-2012
• However, their eligibility for admission is subjected to fulfilling the requirement of passing XII examination

Eligibility Criteria for NRI:

• NRI quota students are exempted from the test
• They should send application form on a plain paper with NRI/NRI sponsoring certificate, a demand draft of Rs 5,000/- in favor of Director, Centre for Converging Technologies and payable at Jaipur as application processing fee
• The NRI students will be charged five times the regular student fee and the seat can not be converted into Non-NRI in any situation

Admission Procedure:

Application Procedure for admission in dual degree integrated B.Tech and M.Tech program in University of Ranjasthan Jaipur is as follows: Admission to the five year (ten semesters) Integrated Course Master of Technology in the four streams of Converging Technologies will be made through an All India Entrance Examination (CCTET-2012) to be conducted by the University of Rajasthan

CCTET 2012:

CCTET 2012 Exam detail e for admission in dual degree integrated B.Tech and M.Tech program in University of Ranjasthan Jaipur is as follows:

• CCTET-2012 will be of total 3 hrs duration (without break)
• The test will comprise of multiple choice questions with choice of four answers, only one being the correct answer
• Each correct answer fetches three marks and each wrong answer will carry one negative mark
• Multiple answers will be treated as wrong answer
• The test paper will comprise of four sections each containing 50 questions
• The syllabi of sections (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) are available on the website
